Pragati B.K. hails from Simikot, Humla. Growing up in a family with a poor financial background and considered to be of a low caste, Pragati has faced numerous challenges. Despite these hardships, she is deeply committed to fighting social inequality in her village and is determined to uplift her community through dedicated service.

Pragati’s ambition is to become a social worker and ultimately a Health Assistant (H.A.), allowing her to directly impact and improve the lives of those around her. Currently, she is pursuing her H.A. studies with the support of the Bodhi Tree Foundation USA, which has provided her with the necessary resources and opportunities.
